2026 Spring Intake MOE/TMU Elite Scholarship (Africa Only) Application Open

The application for the 2026 Spring Intake MOE/TMU Elite Scholarship is now open!

• Application Period: February 12, 2026 – February 22, 2026, 23:59 (GMT+8) (For citizens of African countries only)
• Application Method: Fill out and submit the application form.
• Eligibility: Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
  1. Be a registered TMU student
  2. Apply in the appropriate semester for your region:
     *Africa: Fall or Spring semester
  3.  Currently holds a university lecturer position in your home country
  4. Be a citizen of one of the eligible countries listed under the Africa regions.

Important Notes
-Each applicant may submit only one application. No resubmissions will be accepted.

-Applicants who apply for the MOE Elite Scholarship will have their current scholarship temporarily suspended until the final results are announced. If selected, students are responsible for paying their own tuition fees.

-Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

-Final award quotas are determined by the Ministry of Education (MOE) based on its annual allocation.

-By submitting an application, applicants acknowledge and agree to abide by the MOE’s final decision.

-Stipend disbursement schedule: February–April: May 5 due to administrative procedures, please plan your finances accordingly.

-Date of Certificate Issuance – must be issued after January 1, 2026.
