Notes
- TMU is NOT able to arrange or provide accommodation for couples or families.
- The applicant of the Dormitory should understand the provisions as stated in the relevant Regulations and Enforcement Rules. Application will imply that the applicant had agree to all the terms & conditions.
- Due to limited vacancies, students are NOT guaranteed housing placement, preferred dormitory, room type, room rate, or roommates. The final results are announced by the Office of Global Engagement.
- The first-year students have first priority to be guaranteed vacancy. Other applicants shall draw lots for bed where the procedure for lot-drawing shall be made known separately by the Office of Global Engagement. To understand the principles for bed allocation, please refer to the article 11 of “Regulations for the Management of the International Student Dormitory of Taipei Medical University”.
- The contract term is 10 months (Sep to Jun). Summer (Jul & Aug) rents should be paid as well if summer application is approved.
- If tenant wishes to check out of the Dormitory, he/she shall notify the Office of Global Engagement in written document with an application form within one month prior to his/her check-out date. Tenant will not be admitted to the Dormitory for accommodation at a later date.
