What is Glocal Lecture Room (GLR)
This is a combination of “Global” and “Local” course, we are inviting Professors worldwide to join and teach in our regular courses with our professors. There will be no physical boundaries in this course since we launch online teaching for students. We aimed to engage international elements into our campus, allowing our Professors and students to obtain more international experience while they are on campus.
If you are a TMU lecturer
Step 1: Make sure you are the main instructor of your course and the course is an EMI course.
Step 2: Invite overseas university lecturer(OUL) to co-teach with you in your semester-based course.
Step 3: Teaching hour of OUL in one course: 8 hrs. or above, It could be multiple OULs.
Step 4: Apply for TMU incentives from OGE in the following academic year.
If you are an overseas university lecturer(OUL)
Step 1: If you do not know any TMU lecturers, but interested in GLR. You may fill in our google form so we could try to make a match for you.
Step 2: If you already have TMU lecturer to co-teach with, you may discuss with him/her for the syllabus.
