臺北醫學大學新設立「國際專修部」，培育六大產業所需之國際青年人才，包括：製造、營造、農業、長照、服務與電商。

本計畫為創新之 1+4 課程，內容包含：
📘 第1年 — 華語先修課程（須通過TOCFL A2級）
🎓 第2至5年 — 進入四年制學士學位專班

首開設之專班為全台首創的 高齡暨長期照護學系，課程涵蓋高齡健康促進、失能及失智等長期照護專業，培養具備實務與專業能力之人才。

🌏 TMU International Foundation Program

Taipei Medical University (TMU), in line with Ministry of Education regulations, is launching the International Foundation Program to cultivate international talents for six key industries: manufacturing, construction, agriculture, long-term care, service, and e-commerce.

This innovative 1+4 program includes:
📘 Year 1 – Intensive Mandarin language training (students must pass TOCFL Level A2)
🎓 Years 2–5 – Progression into a four-year bachelor’s program

TMU’s first designated department for this program is Gerontology and Long-Term Care, Taiwan’s pioneering academic program focused on elder care. The curriculum integrates health promotion, disability, and dementia-related care, equipping students with specialized knowledge in long-term care.
