Q: What happens after I submit my application?
A: After the application is received, it will be reviewed by the program coordinator and the mentor.
Q: When will I receive the Letter of Acceptance?
A:
TRI: An invoice including the program fee and the application fee will be sent to the applicant once confirmed with the PI. After the payment has been made, the program coordinator will send out the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
TEEP: After the mentor confirms the applicant’s spot, the program coordinator will submit their information to the Ministry of Education (MOE). The LoA and the Official Approval from the MOE will be sent to applicants together. The whole process can take up to 3-4 weeks.
IIPP: If the applicant has been matched with a mentor on the IIPP website, an agreement will be signed between the applicant and the IIPP. The program coordinator will be informed of the intern list approximately two months before the internship begins, which will also be shared with IIPP participants. The LoA can be requested only after the official approval has been shared with hosting institutions.
TVRC: The program coordinator does not issue a separate LoA. Once the applicant receives the acceptance notice via Jotform, they may proceed to start the program.
