OGE hosts English resume writing workshop

To help students prepare for the job market, a special career talk was held on March 27th, 2025, featuring project supervisor and specialist from the Organizational Development and Human Resources (ODHR) department of a leading pharmaceutical company. The event, conducted both in person and online, aimed to enhance students’ employability by offering insights from an HR’s perspective on job applications, resume writing, and interview techniques.

The session covered key topics, including the right mindset before job hunting, what HR professionals look for in a resume, strategies to secure interviews beyond just submitting a CV, and expert tips on acing interviews. Speakers provided real-world examples to demonstrate how to identify and utilize key terms in job descriptions to craft resumes that align with employer expectations.

By equipping students with practical skills and insider knowledge, the event sought to improve their soft skills and boost their chances of securing employment after graduation.
