Taipei Medical University (TMU) has ranked in 126-150 in the 2021 Times Higher Education World University Rankings, improving its position between 151-175 the previous year.

THE Subject Rankings 2021: Clinical and Health includes over 850 higher education institutions, using the same 13 indicators as the World University Rankings 2021. The result is based on 13 indicators that evaluate the performance of universities around the world in five areas: Teaching (the learning environment), Research (volume, income, and reputation), Citations (research influence), International outlook (staff, students, and research), and Industry Income (knowledge transfer).
