    Apply for your ARC to get access to international student welfare.

    Student can apply or renew ARC via the online application system.

    Scholarship monthly stipends are paid through bank transfer. Scholarship recipients should provide their Taiwan bank account details at least 20 business days in advance before the transaction can be processed.

    Cost of Living in Taipei

    According to the announcement by Taipei City Government on 2021.9.17
    The minimum monthly living cost in Taipei city per person is TWD 18,682.

  • National Health Insurance

    TWD 826 per month

    The National Health Insurance Act stipulates that foreign nationals with Valid Alien Resident Certificate must be registered in the National Health Insurance program upon living in Taiwan for 6 months (6 months of continuous residence in Taiwan or with one trip abroad not exceeding 30 days when the actual residency period of 6 months is reached after the days abroad have been deducted).

    All mail sent to TMU are processed by the Mail Room, located at B1, Back Comprehensive Medical Building. Students can collect their the mail/package during the office hours.

  • Quarantine

    Responses to COVID-19 outbreak

    Students who enter Taiwan with an MOE approval letter are required to stay at the assigned quarantine hotel for 8 days.
