TMU Hosts 2025 Internship & Career Fair–Shaping the Future of Healthcare Careers

The event connected students and alumni with leading employers, offering insights into career opportunities and industry trends through company booths, employer presentations, and career development activities.

The fair featured over 40 exhibitors, including government employment agencies, TMU-affiliated hospitals, and private enterprises, engaging in recruitment and company presentations. Students gained valuable exposure to industry expectations, built professional connections, and explored internship and job opportunities.

Key components included:

• Career Fair Booths (March 20, 2025): Companies provided recruitment information and accepted resumes.
• Employer Information Sessions (March 10 – April 2, 2025): Organizations shared industry insights and hiring needs, followed by Q&A sessions.
• Career Development Activities (Feb 26 – May 21, 2025): Workshops, mentorship programs, and training sessions aimed at enhancing employability.

The fair highlighted TMU’s Internship Matching Platform, allowing students to access industry internship listings, maintain digital resumes, track applications, and personalize their internship search. This initiative streamlines the transition from academia to industry.

As Taiwan’s leading medical university, TMU continues to advance industry-academia partnerships. The fair attracted students from TMU and other universities, reinforcing TMU’s role in professional development and workforce preparation.
