有關中華民國國籍
依我國「國籍法第二條」規定，有下列各款情形之一者，屬中華民國國籍：
一、出生時父或母為中華民國國民。。
二、出生於父或母死亡後，其父或母死亡時為中華民國國民。
三、出生於中華民國領域內，父母均無可考，或均無國籍者。
四、歸化者。
前項第一款及第二款規定，於本法中華民國八十九年二月九日修正施行時未滿二十歲之人，亦適用之。
符合下列各款情形之一者，得依規定申請入學：
– 僅具外國國籍，未曾具有中華民國國籍。
– 具中華民國國籍且兼具外國國籍，應自始未曾在臺設有戶籍（未具中華民國身分證字號），且最近連續居留海外6年*以上。
– 申請前曾具中華民國國籍並兼具外國國籍，但已向內政部申請喪失中華民國國籍達8年，且最近連續居留海外6年*以上。
*申請大學醫學、牙醫或中醫學系者，其連續居留海外時間需為8年以上。
連續居留海外
每年不得待在臺灣、大陸、香港、澳門超過規定的天數。 海外：指臺灣、大陸、香港及澳門以外之國家或地區。 連續居留：指每曆年在國內停留期間未逾120日。以擬入學當學期起始日期（8月1日）為終日計算之。若符合外國學生來臺就學辦法第2條規定且具相關證明文件者，不在此限。
申請生須未曾以僑生身分在臺就學
若同時符合僑生資格，必須未曾以僑生身分在臺就學（包含申請入學當學年度已經被海外聯合招生委員會分發，或是曾被海外聯合招生委員會分發）。
Eligibility for International Students
Applicants must meet the requirements set by the latest “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” (This set of regulations was amended on September 19, 2025, but the updated English version has not yet been released; therefore, the English text is for reference only.) announced by the Ministry of Education (MOE), Taiwan.
Regarding ROC (Taiwan) Nationality
According to Article 2 of the Nationality Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), a person is considered to hold ROC nationality if they meet any of the following conditions:
One or both parents were ROC nationals at the time of the applicant’s birth;
The applicant was born after the death of one parent, who was an ROC national at the time of death;
The applicant was born in Taiwan to stateless parents or whose parents’ nationality is unknown.
The applicant has acquired ROC nationality through naturalization.
For individuals born before February 9, 2000, and under the age of 20 at that time, the above also applies.
Who May Apply as an International Student
Applicants may apply as international students under the following conditions:
They hold only foreign nationality and have never held ROC nationality.
They hold dual nationality (ROC and foreign) but have never registered household residency in Taiwan (i.e., do not have an ROC National ID number) and have resided abroad continuously for at least 6 years.
They previously held both ROC and foreign nationality, but have renounced ROC nationality with official approval from the Ministry of the Interior for at least 8 years, and have resided abroad continuously for at least 6 years.
Note: For applicants to medical, dental, or Chinese medicine programs, the required overseas residency period is at least 8 years.
Definition of “Continuous Overseas Residency”
Applicants must not stay in Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau for more than 120 days per calendar year.
“Overseas” refers to countries or regions outside of Taiwan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
The calculation is based on the start date of the semester (August 1).
Exceptions may apply if the applicant meets Article 2 of the “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan” and provides relevant supporting documents.
Other Restrictions
Applicants MUST NOT have studied in Taiwan under overseas Chinese student status.
If also eligible as an overseas Chinese student, the applicant must not have previously studied in Taiwan under that status, including:
Being assigned by the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students for the same academic year, or
Having been previously assigned by the same committee in past years.

學士班申請人必須持有獲教育部認可之國內外高中學歷，或為高中最後一年之在學生，並須於2026年7月前畢業。
學歷文憑需依據以下法規進行驗證：
For admission to an undergraduate program, applicants must hold a senior high school diploma or be in their final year of senior high school, with graduation expected by July 2026.

所有申請人必須具備入學所需的最低中文語言能力要求，且必須符合欲申請學系所訂定之中文能力標準。
請參閱招生簡章中「學系分則」章節，瞭解欲申請學系所訂定之中文能力要求。
建議可參加國際認可的測試，並從測試服務機構將成績以電子方式發送以供驗證。在發送官方成績報告至臺北醫學大學時，請確保輸入正確代碼。
All applicants must meet the minimum Chinese language proficiency required for admission and must also satisfy the Chinese proficiency standards set by the department or school to which they are applying.
Please refer to the “School-Specific Requirements” section in the admission guidelines for the detailed Chinese language requirements of each department or school.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to take an internationally recognized test and to have the official scores sent electronically directly from the testing service. It is important that the correct institutional code is used when submitting official scores to TMU.

除入學基本要求外，申請人必須符合每個學系所列出的申請入學要求，詳細資訊請參閱招生簡章。
Apart from the general entry requirements, applicants must meet the school-specific requirements of each department or school. The details can be found in the admission guidelines.

於申請階段中，申請人應提供一份在過去三個月內開立，且金額至少達美金8,000元之財力證明。申請階段不需驗證。
Applicants must submit a financial statement issued within the past three months, showing a minimum amount of USD 8,000. Authentication is not required during the application stage.
* 申請人錄取後，須提供達錄取通知書所列金額且經驗證之財力證明。全自費學生須提交美金 15,000 元之財力證明。
Upon admission, applicants must provide authenticated/notarized financial statement of the amount listed in the admission notice. Self-funded students must submit proof of financial resources amounting to $USD 15,000.

申請入學程序將由國際事務處受理所有申請、檢核申請資料，並寄發通知信，最終錄取資格由學院系所決策。
Admission to degree programs is processed through the Office of Global Engagement, which receives all applications, verifies submitted documents, and issues notification letters. Admission to the university is decided by the appropriate academic departments/schools.
前往臺北醫學大學申請入學系統，初次使用請點擊「Create Account」建立帳號，並於用於申請的信箱中點擊啟用連結以啟用帳號。
請注意，每位申請人只能建立一個帳號。每名申請者最多可申請 2 個學系，申請送出後不得變更志願。若同時獲得錄取者，僅能選擇 1 個學系進行報到及入學就讀。
Please access the TMU admission system. First-time users should click “Create Account” to register. After registering, please check the email used for the application and click the activation link to activate the account.
Please note that each applicant is allowed to create only ONE account. Applicants may apply for up to TWO schools and are not allowed to change their intended schools once the application is submitted. Where an applicant receives more than one admission offer, the applicant can only choose ONE school to enroll in.

Fill out the application form, send the recommendation invitation to the recommender in accordance with the school-specific requirements, and upload the required documents (such as proof of nationality, academic credentials, and other supporting documents required by programs) for academic review, including but not limited to a CV, study plan, and language proficiency certificate.

面試可能採實體或線上方式進行（透過線上會議平台）。若獲得面試資格，臺北醫學大學申請入學系統將會寄信通知面試日期、時間（臺灣時間 GMT+8）、會議ID和密碼以及其他詳細資訊。請事先熟悉線上會議平台，並確保網速穩定以進行面試。
Interviews may take place onsite or online via the virtual meeting platform. If you are selected for interview(s) by the school(s) for which you are applying then you will be notified of the date, time (Taiwan time GMT+8), meeting ID & password, and further details through the TMU admission system. Please make sure you are familiar with virtual meeting platforms and have a stable, high-speed internet connection for the interview.
申請結果將透過臺北醫學大學申請入學系統公布。如果您收到錄取通知，請於截止日期前確認接受錄取。如未回覆，將視為拒絕錄取資格。
Application results will be announced through the TMU admission system. If you are admitted to a department/school, you must confirm your acceptance by the indicated deadline. Failure to do so will be deemed as a rejection of the admission offer.

學制：每學年度由8月1日開始至隔年7月31日，並分為上下兩個學期。

學雜費 Tuition & Miscellaneous Fees
註：以國際學生身份入學之醫學系及牙醫學系學生，收取兩倍學雜費。
Note: Students admitted to the School of Medicine and the School of Dentistry as international students are required to pay double tuition and miscellaneous fees.
獎勵 (Awards)：
*書卷獎：每名每學期頒發新台幣壹萬元及獎狀乙紙。
獎勵對象：大學部各學系各年級每學期學業成績優異符合資格者。
*Outstanding Academic Achievement Award: Each awardee will receive NT$10,000 per semester and a certificate.
Eligibility: Undergraduate students from all departments and year levels who meet the criteria for outstanding academic performance each semester.
獎助學金 (Scholarships/Allowances)：
本校目前尚未提供學士學位獎助學金。申請人可參考其他外部獎助機會，如教育部及外交部臺灣獎學金等。
Currently, TMU does not provide scholarships or allowances for undergraduate programs. Applicants may consider other funding opportunities, including those offered by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Taiwan Scholarship Program).
學生宿舍：第一年來台就讀之外國新生可申請拇山學苑宿舍床位；或得自行於校外賃居（如欲瞭解相關資訊，請參考校外住宿資訊）。
Accommodation: First-year international students in Taiwan can apply for a dormitory bed in the Mu-Shan Dormitory. Those who prefer may arrange off-campus housing. For details, please visit the ‘Rental Information’ page.
